The So called Greatest Genius in the world.
Pat Bear Is a Mad Scientist who claims he's smart but not very bright (Even stupid seem to out smart him) He's just as evil as a school bully. Pat Bear is also A desperate romantic and Has an extremely short temper and is very sensitive about his weight. If you call him fat He'll yell at top of his lungs "I'M NOT!" with is powerful enough to shake the earth.
Pat Bear Steals inventions from other scientists and hideouts but he does get his own you know. Pat Bear is selfish, cranky and immature. His grandmother (usually shown off screen) and his Even more Evil Older Sister lives at his lab.
Pat Bear is the most recurring villain in the series.
